Hand wound
Hello friends,
I have recently got a wound on my hand in an accident.
Is it advisable to swim with the cut on my hand??
Or it will worsen my hand's wound??
I have competition in few days.
Give me a quick reply.

RE: Hand wound
Shouldn't be a problem. Chlorine will help keep it clean. Make sure you rinse it off with fresh water, wash it, and keep it dry once you get out though. The chlorine sitting on it for too long can inhibit healing.

RE: Hand wound
I have heard from many people that chlorine can cause infection on the wound & worsen my hand.
Is it true or fake talk??

RE: Hand wound
Yeah you can swim with a wounded hand.If you want to keep it safe from worsen then you should swim in a chlorinated pool or try to wear some kinda glove on your hand which keeps your wounded hand away from wetting it...
