While going for a swimming it is necessary to have a proper diet.Light food ,juice ,fruits etc are ok before going to swim.if you have taken a full diet it is good to go for a swim after half hour.Swimming is very good exercise and it is also very helpful for reducing weight.

Eat something more energetic foods include such as pasta, fruits, breads, energy bars and drinks. Eat fruits like bananas, they give immediately energy to your body.

Health is wealth as we all are aware of the fact but for that it is necessary for u to have a healthy diet, diet before race is very much necessary but should be rich in energy, water need not to be heavy.

Fluid replacement drinks such as Cytomax or Accelerade are bigger than consume water abandoned because it helps you advance able electrolyte balance.

Hi dear,

A perfect diet must be take before and after race.
Fresh fruits juices, energy drinks, protein shakes, and fruits shakes are good diets for race.

The best diet before a race. I have done this for 3 years now and it is great. Pasta and orange juice. I know, who wants to eat that in the morning. I am telling you - you get tons of power and energy.
