Lochte Named 2009 Swimmer of the Year
Did he deserve it?

Golden Goggle Awards Recap

I think it was a good opportunity to give it to someone besides Phelps, even though Phelpsie might've deserved it. Lochte's a great guy, and definitely a deserving winner.

Rebecca Soni won the women's award.

I think he is a great swimmer to give the award to. Phelps was great in 2008, but lately he seems to be slipping just a bit.

Well I actually heard that Michael Phelphs won the Swimmer of the Year award.
