Competition on 18 nov and im still not in my best shape! help!!
hi guys, yesterday my teacher said im going to compete in a tournament that is like next saturday and i am still not in shape. I got was ill 2 weeks ago and now i am afraid that my teammate will beat me on 100m free because i got kinda weak.now I am overtraining trying to get in shape and i dont know how healthy is this really. i cant afford to lose :X any idea how to increase my performance ? plz i need answers as soon as possible!
