Greetings from Canada.
Full circle really my first serious sport as a youth was competitive swimming. Long time as gone by with Army days behind me playing water polo and outdoor contact sports and a few triathlons. Back to swimming as knee joints are not what they were in the old days ;-)

Looking for guidance on developing and training tips to build up long distance swims around the 5K mark. Currently doing 2-3 sessions a week around 2.5 - 3k per session.

Glad to meet you all and look forward to splashing around with you all.

Nice to see another fellow Canadian swimmer! I tried water polo as well, such a great workout! Smile
