What is a good time i should reach for?
I am 14 years old and i swim for the town team during the summer. I got time trials comming this friday and i was wondering what is a good time for a 14 year old boy at for 50 Free?

I dont really know my time ATM but on friday i would know. I just want to know how good i really am or how badly i suck.

Thank you.

My time is 23.4 but I've been swimming for almost 3 years now.

It seems like this is your first year swimming. Generally, for summer leagues that only train and compete in the summer, the standard where I live for your age is around 28. Don't be discouraged if you can't do it, though. It takes hard work and patience to achieve good times. All the best in your time trials!

For 14, 26 is a decently good time. If you are just starting to swim, work to get it under 30 seconds - that's a huge benchmark time!
