sore eyes from morning swim
My eyes get quite sore when I swim at`11 am (apartment building's chlorinated indoor pool). If I swim at 8 pm I seem just fine. Any speculation as to what is going on here?

Are you wearing swimming goggles? The chlorine usually dissipates later throughout the day.

Yes, that's what I found. If I swim at night, problem solved.

It's most likely the chlorine - chlorine can irritate eyes. Are your eyes red and puffy?

My suggestion is to order a nice, cheap pair of swimming goggles. You can get them from about $5 and they will both let you see better under water and keep your eyes from hurting.
