Heart Gain weight
For last year, I was so skinny. I eat a lot of healthy foods, do yoga everything but it doesn't work at my body. I even consult to doctor and had a medicine that also doesn't work at me. I was so tensed and in dilemma. Then, my sister who study in abroad send me purest colloids for my dietary solution. She suggest me to take twice a day and follow the instructions. In one month my dietary problem gone and I started gaining my weight. Now, I don't look skinny. I am so happy with my body.

RE: Gain weight
Weight gain isn’t something that is easy to do, it requires patience and discipline to diet and training. Hopefully the weight gain tips on this site will help you to achieve your goals.

One of the best weight gain tips to remember is DO EVERYTHING BIG! That means eat BIG and lift BIG to get BIG. Say that over and over again in your head until you fully understand it. Many people think weightlifting is the key to gaining weight. Of course weightlifting is an extremely important part. However to gain weight, think beyond weightlifting! Your diet is just as important when it comes to gaining weight.

RE: Gain weight
HI Zenistha,

Congratulation for gaining weight.

In my opinion healthy foods with more calories are better for weight gaining, this process has no side effects, where as weight gaining medicines have a lot of side effects for the health.
