RE: Rashes on sstomach
Is this only when you swim? Could it be possibly an allergic reaction with the chlorine?

Go to the doctor. It's not the water, it's the chemical.

RE: Rashes on sstomach
what do you eat?
are you alergic to chlorine?
have you ever had a epidermic disease?

another explination might be the fact that your muscles are overtrained, and you don't have any glycogen reserves into your stomach, therefore, your muscles are "distroyed" in order to get energy. This is called catabolism and it represent the disbound of the proteins from the muscles into your liver, phenomenon that will give you low levels of energy.
I think you should eat after one hour of training, and after that take a rest. in 2 hours, you will be able to swim again.

RE: Rashes on sstomach
This happens to me except on my upper chest area. It is only the chlorine affecting your skin. I'm allergic to chlorine, but the rash has always gone away 30 minutes after swim practice.

RE: Rashes on stomach
I have started taking the medicines as prescribed by my doctor & in few days the rashes were vanishing. At present there are no rashes on my stomach & it was an allergy.
Thank you for all your replies.
