Beginner looking for help
Sorry if this has been posted before, but I can't find anything useful. Well, I am a beginner swimmer and looking for some advice to make my swimming experience for joyful. Just wondering how do you prevent water from going up your nose when you are doing the backstroke? I tried few tips available online, but had no success. What do you guys suggest?

Thanks in advance.

RE: Beginner looking for help
well when you push off and when you're underwater, you should be breathing out air and not holding your breath.
or some people with big lips, you can block your nose with your upper lip or you can simply just get a nose clip.
if you dont have access to a nose clip, when you swim, you dont want to make a huge splash with your arms or else when you try to breathe in you'll suck in water.
but yea that's generally it.
