Yes, this might be good.
But we all know that he is not natural, even if he passed all those lame antidopping tests.
it's easy to cheat them, if you have the proper staff in your back.
so, i wander what he is using

I know a guy who trained with Phelps at Michigan, and #1, he is not doping, and #2, you can't emulate his training routine or diet. Sorry Charlie!

I was just trying to make it out to follow him as he is my role model.
I also agree with you that he doesn't cheat. It is true that people become jealous if you become successful in what you do.

RE: Favourite Swimmer!!!!
Definitely Phelps. This athlete has been swimming 5/7 since he was 11 years old. His carbo loading regimen of 12,000 calories per day(7 times a typical athletes food intake) forces carbs converted to fat into all of the working muscles of his body making not only for power for his force through the water, but also since fat floats in water Phelps has much higher levitation to keep his legs up in the water, and a much higher reference point for attacking the water in the downstroke. This goes for all four strokes. If you doubt this just consider how high a dolphin gets his blubber up in the air and down under the water surface.
