Swimming with Tendonitis
I currently have tendinitis in my knee from running cross country. Problem is, that I'm starting swimming tomorrow. Confused

Can anybody recommend me swimming sets that I can do for 2 hours or so? Consider the two variables that I have tendinitis and am coming back from a month break.

Um, I can definitely recommend that you don't do breast stroke. That's only gonna kill your knee.

Other than that, maybe focus on using arms, like maybe a pullbouy or something?

Right now I'm actually swimming just using arms, but without a pullbuoy. But thanks for the heads up!

RE: Swimming with Tendonitis
I reccomend you not to start with 3 hours practise.
You must avoid breast stroke swimming & just practise with free style only.
Day by day increase your swimming & you will be perfectly fit to take part in competitons as well.

Next time, remember to make stretching and make a longer warm-up. You will see that the chances of getting some injury will decrease serious!
