Good Training Music
I am training for distance. I just got a new waterproof mp3 player and i cant figure out what to listen to to get me through a long work out. My weight training play list gets me pumped but burns me out when I am swimming laps.

Any suggestions?

RE: Good Training Music
I personally don't listen to music when I train, however when there are some speakers blasting music I'll just sing along Tongue Uses my breath but its fun and makes training more enjoyable.

RE: Good Training Music
I was at the 2009 World Games in Gaoxiong, Taiwan. Watching the Fin Swimming competition the music was one flowing musical track that sounded mideastern, very upbeat and agreeable. This music piece only played during the swim and not during break time. The swimmers obviously agreed to swim to the same music to pace their strokes. Fin Swimming is a new and truly dedicated alternate stroke sporting event, which should be appreciated by the spectating public.

Here's an excerpt from my playlist:

Finger Eleven - Paralyzed
LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem
LMFAO - Yes
David Guetta - Where Them Girls At
Skrillex - Bad Romance Remix

And anything rock/metal. Big Smile
