S/O Swimming Goggles
I have another question, but didn't want to hijack the other thread: Are there any decent goggles out there with foam around the eyepieces? I don't know what's wrong with my face, but any non-foamy goggles leak and/or give me bruises. I went to a swimming store a few months ago and asked the lady if they had any goggles with foam. She looked at me like I'd asked her if they sold dead puppies. They had one pair, which is what I use, and I kind of hate them. The fog up faster than the Speedo ones I used to use in high school. I can barely see after about 25 yards.

RE: S/O Swimming Goggles
I've used Barracuda Stardard and B300 goggles. I don't believe you'll find a more comfortable goggle. Having foam, they don't leave you with raccoon eyes. They're quite a bit more expensive than what you're probably used to but theyre worth every penny. They're all I use for my workouts. Only problem is that with the standard series they are ugly as hell. But I don't care cause they're so comfy.

Thanks. I look like an idiot in a swim cap already, so some ugly goggles really won't make a difference. Smile

RE: S/O Swimming Goggles
A goggle that fits your face properly won't leave marks, because you won't have to tighten them so much.
When you shop, look for a store that lets you try them on. Press them into your eye sockets without pulling the strap over your head. Gently pull them away. If they're a good fit there will be suction. If not, they will pull away too easily.
