HLP!!
I have a problem w my front crawl technique.. my father says that during the breathing my head rises more than it's neccessary and that my sometimes when I'm trying to keep it down, my whole body turns as if I'm trying to look back, but he can't tell me a way to fix it and my coach doesn't help so much either.. some help? :/

RE: Suggestion
I suggest you practise some drills in training to stop your body from rotating, like kicking on your side with your arm out in front. Chin to shoulder when you breath. Hope that helps.
