Hi!
I swam for ten years, from elementary all the way through high school. I was okay, but got burned out halfway through high school. All my friends were on the team, so I stuck with it, but not for the swimming.

Now I'm an adult with two kids, and I thought I was getting back into pretty good shape after having them. Then I decided to try swimming again, since I've been missing it for the last few years.

Oh, I am NOT in shape at all. Not for swimming. I need some serious help in figuring out good workouts. I thought this might be a good place to start. I forgot how much I love it, and I really want to be able to stick with it!

RE: Hi!
Hey Wally, welcome to Swim Forums! Swimming is definitely a great way to get into shape, and it's good that you already have some experience.
