please list the most painful (and probably gruesome) set you did during holiday training.

Im not sure, but we did 8x100 main stroke max. speed on 3 mins. And we also did 200m main stroke fast. 2x100 mainstroke fast. 4x50 mainstroke fast. might not seem hard, but it is challenging because of lactate
