What fruits and veggies get you prepared for a good workout?

For me, oranges, bananas and carrots do the trick.

Bananas are very important because they have a large amount of potassium, and that helps your brain and nervous system function much more efficiently after a workout.

For me Apple,banana, Carrot do the trick. Apple and bananas are very important because they have a large amount of potassium, and that helps your brain and nervous system function much more efficiently after a workout.

I mainly only eat bananas. That was the only one I was aware that helps your body.

According to me all fruits and veggies are good for health. Most affected fruit for health are apple and banana milk shake that's is good for health.
