I usually take Pineapple and Orange Juice with me all the time. They are great energizers.

it is really a nice question.I prefer to take apple ,oranges and watermelon.This fruits are very beneficial for the body and for the skin .The skin become fresh ,shiny and glow.The vegetable i prefer to eat are tomato,cabbage.This are very nice Nd i used to take them regularly in the form of veg-salad.

Fruits and veggies are good for the health as well as for the healthy mind, it is necessary for a person to have the fresh and healthy fruits and veggies, as they are rich in vitamins, proteins and irons which lead to growth and development of the body.

Fruits and vegetables are the good way to being healthy and active always. Green leafy vegetables and its salad are play a very vital role to reduce body weight easily. Fruits consists more fibers to make strong your bones and control many type of major diseases.
