What are some of the hobbies that you take part in when you aren't swimming?

I usually go fishing or post on forums.

I could, but they're all meant for different targeted audiences so it made sense to have three separate ones for three separate services.

Wow, weird we have the same interests. I also run online web sites and business.

RE: Hobbies
I'm also interested in running websites. I currently co-own a gaming website, and have owned various sites in the past. Zash, may I enquire what/how you can create a web host - ie are yours just hosts for MyBB, etc or do you own a fully functional host and how do you go about setting it up?

It's fairly simple. You just need your own server and a billing system like WHMCS. WHMCS automatically sets up accounts on the server when people pay.

If you are interested, I would consider reseller hosting at http://www.infinitumhost.com - Reseller hosting doesn't require you to get a server and InfinitumHost offers WHMCS for cheap or even free. It's a great way to get started in the industry.

Okay great, thanks Zash. Do you currently run any hosts with them? It's certainly something to consider - if I can gather enough money for $26 a month and for advertising.

Actually, SwimForums.net runs on their hosting Smile

You don't technically need to start out with $26/month plan. What I did was offer private hosting when I first started - no billing system, no nothing. Just post a thread and offer it to people, and set it up yourself. That way, you can start out with the $9.95/month plan and do things manually.

Okay thanks a lot, I'll certainly look in to it. How many people were interested when you were offering private?
