Calories burn because of swimming??
Hello,
How many calories you burn while swimming depends on your stroke, effort, speed, distance, duration, gender, weight and skill. Because most people swim a mix of strokes at various intensities, computing your exact calorie count is difficult. The stats remain unclear.
Does ayone have knowledge regarding this??

Use a sauna and cold bath or shower, not only to lose weight, but to sweat out the wastes from your system.
...Drink sport drinks, but don't eat for an hour or more before and also after your workout. You don't want oxygen going to your digestive system instead of your other body systems.
... After exercise the body keeps burning calories. So, unless you are carbo loading, don't eat right away!

RE: Calories burn because of swimming??
I like swimming in pools Nashville over running and even cycling because I have a bad knee. Swimming isn't as hard on my knee as cycling or running. It also works my upper and lower body where running and cycling mainly works my lower legs and body. It is a great way to lose weight and also tone up.
